I was wondering what problems might be encountered by installing Scenery for previous FS versions into FSX? Any recommendations, suggestions?

Well I've never tried yet, but there is a big difference between scenery in FS2004 and FSX. For example, default scenery is completely different in those 2 versions. My guess is that many or maybe all FS2004 scenery is not compatible with FSX.
