FlightCraftDesign Airbus A330-200 FREEWARE

After their Airbus A340-600 for FS2002, this developer released a very well designed Airbus for FS2004: The A330-200. This aircraft features a highly detailed exterior model (all three engine variants modelled), wingview, dynamic wingflex, dynamic wingtip vapour trails, advanced panel incl. GPWS and optional sound packages. The flight dynamics seem to be quite close to the real thing. Judging from videos of the real A330, the amount of lift close to the ground (ground effect) is extreme, which is perhaps a result of the supercritical wings. The FlightCraftDesign A330-200 simulates this effect very well. All moving parts are animated correctly, but the main landing gear is sinking into the runway when landing. This is a common problem in FS2004 for a main landing gear sets with four-wheel bogies or more. In this case the result is realistic behaviour of the landing gear, but the lower wheels sink into the ground first.
