The Boeing 747 is a long-range, wide body commercial passenger jet aircraft. The Boeing 747SP is a 747-100 with shortened fuselage. Originally designated 747SB for (short body), but later changed to 747SP (special performance).

Project Open Sky is a freeware aircraft developer group that has been around for some time. They developed many aircraft models for FS2002 and FS2004, mostly Boeing aircraft. Their Boeing 747SP is a highly detailed representation of its real world counterpart. A few of the features are: dynamic flexing wings, fully animated control surfaces, opening passenger and cargo doors, detailed textures and more.
