how to open the cargo door for B747-400

i want to know how to open the cargo door(payload) for B747-400 and i want to know how to ask the cargo vehicles come to the B747-400 cargo door and take out the cargo..please some one help me about this..

The cargo doors of the default Boeing 747-400 in FSX can be opened when you press and hold SHIFT and then press the E key and directly after that the 2 key. For vehicles that unload cargo, you have to be at the gate of an airport with those vehicles. Larger airports like Los Angeles (KLAX) or Seattle (KSEA) have multible unload vehicles. When you are at a gate on those airports, the vehicles will come when you've opened the cargo doors. Of course, make sure that airports vehicles are enabled in the traffic settings.
